Shipping
When will my order ship?
Our cable turnaround time will always be posted on the site banner. Posted turnaround times will apply to all orders except pre-orders.
Pre-order timelines will always be posted on the pre-order product page.
Where do you ship from? Can I pick up locally?
We are located in and ship from Markham, Ontario. Please contact us for more information if you'd like to pick your order up locally.
What shipping services are available? Do you ship internationally?
We ship all orders with Canada Post and UPS, and all shipments to Canada and the USA are tracked and insured.
We have shipping options for most countries.
Orders
How can I modify an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify an order. Orders can be modified as long as the cable hasn't been made yet.
Can I order an In-Stock/Custom Cable alongside a Pre-Order Cable?
Yes! You can order in-stock/custom cables and pre-order cables together. The order will ship only when the pre-order cable is ready to ship. Please place separate orders if you prefer to have the in-stock/custom cables ship first.
How do I order a Custom Cable?
Check out our Custom Cable page and select your customization options! We have a wide variety of color options in stock, and you can always reach out to design a cable together.
Can I request a color that you don't currently offer?
Feel free to reach out to us if you don't see the color option that you desire, and we will try our best to source it.
Cables
Will your cables work with a cable I got from another vendor?
Combining our cables with ones made by other vendors is not recommended, but it should work if the other cable follows the same wiring diagram as this.
What are reverse coils?
Reversing the coil is an extra step that we take to ensure a snappy, straight coil. After the first coiling and heating of the cable, we reverse the coil in the opposite direction, and then heat it again.
What's the difference between Lemo Style vs authentic Lemo?
An authentic Lemo connector costs up to $100 by itself, so we prefer to use Lemo Style connectors. These lookalike connectors offer perfect functionality while retaining the signature beauty of an authentic Lemo connector.
